  I'd describe myself as an easy customer for Essendon Skoda. I knew exactly what I wanted right down to the factory fitted options and colour of the exterior and interior. It was Essendon's lucky day, and my lucky day too, because, on their web site, they had what I wanted in stock, brand new and good to go. So my initial experience was a 4-minute phone call, agreeing the price and paying a credit card deposit subject to inspection. That was after 2 weeks trying without success to source a vehicle with the Skoda dealer local to me. So my 5-star rating pertains to a limited experience, in fairness, as follows. Will, the sales guy was very polite and accommodating. Matthew, the guy who dealt with the financial side was efficient. Showroom: smart and reasonably large. Most of the communication about the car was by email (which suits me) and both guys were prompt in their service, giving me the info I needed. The service guy was too busy to be introduced to me personally when I collected the car. The preparation of the vehicle was not 100% but I didn't notice until I'd got it home. To the dealer's credit, the problem was fixed up promptly but only after I expressed my dissatisfaction in stronger terms. Very happy with the deal done. Very, very happy with the car I bought...a huge amount of technology, safety, refinement, space and luxury for the price. Skoda = value. Essendon Skoda: Thumbs up as far as the sale was concerned.
